Welcome to Swim Sense, where luxury innovative design meets expert guidance in swimming pool permitting. I am Jennifer Santiago, a Jersey native turned Texan, whose passion for architecture ignited in High School, earning several accolades and a deep- seated love for creating exquisite spaces.

After relocating to Texas in 2015, I began working with one of Austin’s most reputable pool builders, soaking up the knowledge and honing in on my skills. Recognizing the importance of continuing growth, I pursued further education where I gained my certification in Architectural & Engineering AutoCAD. Now with years of hands-on experience, I have decided to embark on a new chapter, establishing Swim Sense to offer specialized services in swimming pool design and permitting.
